“A great photographer always retains baby eyes”. Embracing curiosity and approaching the world with an open mind has consistently inspired my work.

Since high school, I've had a tendency to view things from different angles and unique perspectives. Whether it's a bow on a pair of high heels, water droplets on the tips of grass blades, sunlight filtering through the leaves of a tree, or a shy smile in a crowd, I find myself drawn to the smallest details, feeling deeply connected to the unnoticed yet vibrant and passionate aspects of life. When I began college in 2009, my parents rewarded me with my first camera, and I've never stopped photographing since.

The brand name D’Amato is inspired by my wonderful husband, Joey D’Amado. Joey and I celebrated our own wedding ceremony in 2024. Since we began dating in 2017, he has been my unwavering supporter and biggest believer. Recognizing my dedication to photography and acknowledging my talent, he has always been the first to encourage me to share my passion and love with everyone who enriches our lives.
